Who can apply
- Your company was incorporated less than 5 years ago.
- You have raised less than $5M (about ₹40 crore) in total.
- You come through a partner program (incubator, accelerator, VC, or perks platform) and have its partner code. No code? Apply anyway and tell us your program. We check it by hand.
- One offer per company.
How it works
- Apply. Fill in the form below with your partner code. We aim to reply within 1 business day.
- Activate. Pay a one-time ₹99 (or $2 outside India) and set up auto-renewal with a card or UPI AutoPay. This keeps out fake signups.
- Use it free for 12 months. Uptime Team and Mail Business, no other charges. SMS, WhatsApp, and voice alerts use prepaid credits as usual.
- Year 2 at full price. Auto-renewal starts at the normal price. Or cancel, or move to the free plan. Your data stays either way.

Why do I pay ₹99 if it is free?
The one-time ₹99 ($2 outside India) sets up auto-renewal and stops fake signups. It is the only payment in the first 12 months.
What happens after 12 months?
From year 2 you pay the normal price. You can cancel or move to the free plan at any time, and you keep your data.
Do I need a partner code?
A code from your program gets the fastest approval. Without one, tell us your program and we check it by hand. We aim to reply within 1 business day.
Can I take only Uptime or only Mail?
Yes. Pick one or both in the form.
What if we have more than 20 people on Mail?
The first 20 users are free. Extra users pay the normal Business price per user.
Are SMS and WhatsApp alerts free too?
No. SMS, WhatsApp, and voice alerts cost money to send, so they use prepaid credits like on every plan. Email, Slack, Telegram, Discord, and webhook alerts are included.
Where is our data stored?
In India (Mumbai).
Do we get a GST invoice?
Yes. Indian customers get a GST invoice for every payment, including the ₹99 activation.
We run an incubator, accelerator, or fund. Can we offer this?
Yes. Write to sales@vizsu.com and we will set up a partner code for your program.
