Questions
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Indian customers get a GST invoice for every payment. It shows the GST included in the price, so businesses can claim input tax credit. Add your GSTIN in billing.
Which prices apply to me, India or international?
Your billing address decides. An Indian billing address pays in rupees, GST included. Any other address pays the fixed US dollar price.
How do credits work?
SMS, WhatsApp, and voice alerts cost money to send, so they use prepaid credits. Buy credits when you need them. Other alert channels are included in your plan.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from billing settings and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. You then move to the free plan and keep your data.
